DISPLAY: Icon keywords are not acting correctly.
Issue
It is not possible to rename more than one icon at a time. Attempting to do this can cause other previously-renamed icons to revert to pic#xxx keywords. Icons with pic#xxx keywords will not show up when used in a comment.

There are open bugs to fix these issues, and a developer has been assigned. Due to the age and complexity of the icon system, there is not an estimated time for resolution.
